A word

I do not read ahead in my daily bible- otherwise, what would I have to read the following day? So, I was whining yesterday because I was begging for a word from God, only to not get one. So guess what passage came up in today's study?

Proverbs 15:22-23
Plans fail for lack of cousel, but with many advisors they succeed.
A man finds joy in giving an apt reply- and how good is a timely word!

I just laughed out loud when I read it. "How good is a timely word??" I thought the timely part would have been yesterday, but perhaps God wanted me to wrestle it with Him a little more. Apparently, I might want to seek out some advisors to discuss options, in hopes that our plans will succeed. :)

Oh, I love the Lord's faithfulness.
