Grandma Carol bought this festive outfit for Ryleigh, for her 1st 4th of July. Unfortunately, it was still HUGE on her in July, so she was unable to wear it then. However, I decided I would put her in it for Labor Day, and though it is still slightly big, at least she was able to wear it without the shorts completely falling off!
