Twirling

Do you remember that part of You've Got Mail when Meg Ryan talks about how she and her mom loved to twirl? Something tells me that one day, Ryleigh will have similar stories to tell.

She woke up this weekend and had it in her mind that it was going to be a twirling weekend. She asked to dance with me in the bathroom while I was getting ready. And we twirled. Then when it was time to get her dressed and ready, she was not ready until her twirl-skirt was in place.
And then, the real fun began.

What used to be my little tomboy, has turned into quite the girly girl lately. I never thought I wanted that.

And this whole twirling business? Well, actually, it is kind of fun.
