Mexico here we come!

The long awaited vacation is finally here!!

Jesse and I leave on Saturday morning to fly to MEXICO! We have double-checked all our plans and arrangements, and it is really going to happen. The trip is paid for, other than the rental car, so we just get to go and relax. Monday we created our day-by-day meal plan, and I went shopping for the non-perishables yesterday. We will pick up the rest at one of the Mexican Marketplaces on our way. We have a small suitcase full of food, one large suitcase full of clothes, and another large suitcase full of snorkeling gear, sunscreen, towels, flip flops, and FUN. I cannot wait to get there and take nap in one of the hammocks. The weather shows a chance for rain all week long, but no hurricanes or anything scary. I'm hoping it does not rain everyday, but even if it does, I can withstand rain in MEXICO over rain in HOUSTON any day! We have planned to go visit the Mayan/Tulum ruins while we're there, so I hope one day is at least nice enough for that.
